I'm Josie, a insured local cat sitter based in Devizes. I'm a firm believer that cats should stay where they're happiest – at home.
I know leaving your cat can feel worrying, so my aim is simple: keep their routine as normal as possible while keeping you updated every step of the way.
I know every cat is different. Some want cuddles, some want playtime, and some simply want their dinner served on time before pretending you don't exist. Whether your cat is confident, shy, or gloriously grumpy, they'll be cared for exactly how they like it.

I can visit 1-3 times per day (for example, morning, lunch and dinner).
Standard cat visit £12
This rate applies to any standard date.
Bank / Holiday Visit £20
This rate applies to bank holidays, Easter Sunday, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.
Christmas & New Year £25
This rate applies to Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day.

Once you get in touch, we'll arrange a free meet & greet. I'll come and meet you and your cat, learn their routine, collect the keys (if you're happy to leave them with me), and answer any questions before your booking starts.

A 50% booking fee (of your total) is to be paid when confirming your booking. The remaining payment is due three days before your booking starts. Bank transfer is our preferred method of payment.

Your keys are kept securely, never labelled with your address, and are only used for your booking.

Absolutely. I'll send photos and a message after every visit, so you can relax knowing your cat is safe and happy.

Every visit includes fresh food and water, litter tray cleaning, playtime or fuss (if your cat wants it!), and a quick check to make sure everything is as it should be.
Basic house tasks such as a brief home security check, watering plants, taking the wheeling bin out/in, turning on/off lights, and adjusting curtains are completed if needed. -
That's absolutely fine. I won't force interaction. Some cats want cuddles, some prefer to watch from a distance, and some pretend I don't exist until it's dinner time. I'll let them set the pace.

I'm happy to give oral medication if your cat is comfortable taking it. Please let me know your cat's needs when booking so we can discuss what's best.

If your cat becomes unwell, I'll contact you straight away. If urgent veterinary treatment is needed and I can't reach you, I'll take your cat to your nominated vet.
